Hello OfftheGrid community-forming,

Just a quick question for the moderator; I just signed up this morning, yet when I enter the forum is states our last visit was Nov 30, 1999?!


We are a couple with small children in the mountains of BC, Canada. We moved to the Kootenay region specifically for survival and community purposes. Though we both have an interest, w really are newbies at actual skills and readiness state. I know how to run a chainsaw, which, along with several full jerry cans of fuel on hand, could certainly become a useful skill/trade to have.
