A List of Materials That Are Good For Your Compost Pile

Organic gardening requires that you have access to good compost which can also acts as fertilizer.  You can buy it from a local farmer or nursery but I prefer to create my own by using things that I would normally throw away.  Not only does this save money but I also know exactly what’s going into my compost and eventually my food and body.  In a long term survival situation it is easy to make good compost/fertilizer for your crows with scraps that are probably just laying around.  Below is a list of materials that are good and few that are bad for your compost pile...
